Aquinox Pharmaceuticals sponsored the development of educational activities in partnership with the Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA) as part of Bladder Health Month. The activities include a video, “Living with IC/BPS,” that brings awareness to the difficulties faced by patients with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS) and guides healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients in working collaboratively to ease some of these struggles.

Bladder Health Month is a National Health Observance held each November, to educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients about common bladder health problems and to encourage patients to take an active role in their health. The theme for the week of November 1 to 4, 2017 is Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome and Neurogenic Bladder.
